Trail to Tasting Wine Hike and Lunch

Embark on a wine-enhanced adventure through the beautiful mountains of Vail Valley, followed by an indulgent three-course lunch prepared by the culinary team at Root & Flower. Each course will be expertly paired with a wine from Dilécta Wines!

Here are some of the experience highlights: 

• 🥾A guided 3-mile hike led by Kylie Bearse, founder of The Approachable Outdoors and FOX31 meteorologist, offering guests a memorable way to experience the beauty of Vail before settling in for lunch.

• ⭐ Jeremy Campbell, co-owner of Root & Flower and an Advanced Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers, will help guide the wine experience. Root & Flower will provide a light family style lunch paired with the wines of the class.

• 🍷Dilécta Wines is a boutique Paso Robles winery known for elegant Rhône- and Bordeaux-inspired wines that reflect both craftsmanship and a strong sense of place. Producing approximately 3,000 cases annually, Dilécta focuses on small-lot wines with character, balance, and a highly personal approach to winemaking.
