After you take in the panoramic views of the hike, enjoy a delicious paired lunch at the Grand Hyatt Vail’s Gessner restaurant. While taking in the idyllic mountain and creek-side views from Gessner, the culinary team will showcase authentic flavors from the Rocky Mountain inspired cuisine. This event will highlight the fun, unconventional, and responsibly farmed wines that Michael David Winery is known to deliver! Please allow up to 90 minutes for the hike and 90 minutes for the lunch.
