Originally from Delaware, Chef Paul Cunningham has been in the industry over two decades. After moving to the Vail Valley three years ago, to work at the prestigious Beano’s Cabin as their Sous Chef. Chef Paul came down off the mountain and settled in at Deca + Bol at the beginning of the 2025 Winter Season. Paul draws his inspiration from local ingredients, classic techniques, and past mentors.
