The Vail Wine Classic is an elegant celebration of refined tastes and adventurous spirit, set in the breathtaking mountain landscape of Vail, Colorado. Here, enjoy a weekend of sophistication with a relaxed charm and indulge in a curated, immersive wine experience that’s unforgettable. Whether your curated experience includes enjoying wines at our Grand Tasting, getting an intimate experience with wine makers at Best of Fest, indulging in multi-course meals at our culinary experiences or all of the above. This is where fine wine, culinary artistry, and natural beauty come together in perfect harmony.
Without exception, no children or pets are allowed to attend any festival events. This is an adult-only, over-21 festival; IDs will be required to verify age and all adults will be clearly marked as attendees and participants. This rule applies to infants in strollers.
Over 300 different wine, beer and spirit samples will be showcased over the festival weekend.
Colorado law prohibits the sale of wine at the Wine Classic. Make note of your favorites and visit our wineries page on this website to find out how to purchase!
The Grand Tastings will have small bites and samples from featured local restaurants. There will not be full meals served, unless you have a ticket to a paired wine dinner or lunch

We recommend using Vail’s free bus system. Please be advised that the Town of Vail parking structures and lots are now fee-based. See the vailgov.com/parking page for more details on cost.

We recommend Mountain Chic attire. Jeans are ok, button up shirts are typical, flowy/casual dresses, whatever you’d like!
Please be aware that we are in the mountains and weather can change drastically throughout the day. Layers and sensible shoes are recommended.

Live entertainment is dependent upon the event. See your event for live entertainment details.
Like any concert or sporting event, no refunds will be given if you are unable to make it to the event. In some instances, we will be able to assist verifying third-party sellers and buyers.
We will do our best to run the event as planned. The event will most likely be held, rain or shine, just like a sporting event or concert. The mountain outdoors can be unpredictable in the summer so dress accordingly.
Vail has many options available to help you get around during your stay. There is a FREE transit bus/shuttle service that will take you directly from town to the Vail Athletic Field where the Grand Tasting is held. Other options include a taxi or shuttle service from your hotel (if provided).

Payment plans are available! Here are the details:
+ To qualify for setting up your purchase on a payment plan, the minimum spend is $100
+ Pay in 4 installments if your tickets are purchased before May 1
+ Pay in 3 installments if your tickets are purchased before June 1
+ Pay in 2 installments if your tickets are purchased before July 1
+ All purchases made after July 2 will not be eligible for a payment plan
+ You will receive your Vail Wine Classic ticket(s) immediately after your final installment has been processed
+ Payment plan enrollment will be available on the checkout page when purchasing tickets
