Gruet a New Mexico-based winery, is known for its sparkling wines produced using the Méthode Champenoise, a traditional Champagne-style method. Founded in 1984 by Laurent and Nathalie Gruet, it traces its roots to their father, Gilbert Gruet’s Champagne house in France. Gruet Winery is notable for its Blanc de Noirs and Blanc de Blancs sparkling wines, as well as a smaller selection of still wines.
