With over 15 years of experience in the culinary industry, Chef Jason Brumm is renowned for his innovative approach to food and his commitment to culinary excellence. His journey began in the bustling kitchens of renowned restaurants, where he honed his skills under the guidance of master chefs. Jason’s passion for cooking and dedication to his craft have led him to numerous accolades and recognition throughout his career. Brumm, a Colorado native has maintained close ties to the state, he returned with his family in 2022 to serve as the Director of Culinary for Gravity Haus, Inc an up and coming membership based hospitality company with hotels and restaurants throughout Colorado, Wyoming, Utah and California. June of 2023 Chef Brumm became the Vice President of Culinary & Concept Development and Gravity Haus, lending his acumen to developing 6 new signature concepts. Chef Brumm is in residence as the Corporate Executive Chef at Slope Room, the crown jewel of Gravity Haus Restaurants located in Vail, Colorado.
Chef Brumm has also been featured in many national publications such as Bon Appetit,
Men’s Health, Robb Report, and Zagat. His television creds are, most notably, Unique
Eats on the Cooking Channel, as well as competing and winning the Chef Wanted
series with Anne Burrell on the Food Network where he went on to become the
Executive Chef at the JW Marriott in Denver, CO.
Chef Brumm attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY graduating in 1997.
Post-graduation he headed abroad to work in Michelin-starred kitchens in Toulouse,
France and further enhanced his education in Rome, Florence and Sardinia, Italy.
