Chef De Cuisine Lucas Ardemagni was born and raised in Van Buren, Arkansas. Chef Ardemagni started his culinary career at fifteen in the town’s butcher shop. While spending time in the shop’s deli, Chef Ardemagni developed a love of cooking and followed his passion from there. Chef Ardemagni came to Vail in September 2022, to cultivate his two loves: cooking and playing in the mountains. As the Chef De Cuisine at Revel, Chef Ardemagni has created a menu focused on locally sourced ingredients, allowing them to shine through simple techniques. Chef Ardemagni loves to see guests at Revel enjoying the fresh, local flavors and celebrating with friends and family after their mountain adventures.
