Hailing from Chicago Illinois, Chef Steger brings with him 20 years of experience in the industry. He has spent years honing his skills, from bartending and serving, to cooking at fine dining restaurants around the Chicagoland area and Vail. After completing Culinary School at Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago, Chef Steger moved to the Vail area to experience the mountains. Currently The Executive Chef at The Arrabelle Hotel in Vail, Chef Steger strives to deliver amazing, consistent, and memorable meals to all who visit the Arrabelle.
