I grew up in Fairfax Virginia in the suburbs of Washington DC. I have always enjoyed foods from all over the world. I have been privileged enough to be able to travel a lot and see new places and cuisines.

I first started cooking in Steamboat Colorado and have been pursuing it ever since I started. I went to culinary school at Colorado Mountain College in Breckenridge and Keystone Colorado. I have lived back and forth between Vail and the summit county area for the last 15 years.

I have been the Executive Chef at Manor Vail for a little over a year and a half. It has presented many challenges as well as accomplishments. I really enjoy the culinary freedom I have here and can show off my skills and knowledge. I have put an immense amount of time and effort to develop a great team and am proud of what we have accomplished.
